There are many acupressure points in the body that can be used. Attached is a list of common ailment and diseases with the corresponding acupressure points on which magnets can be placed to effect relief. Refer to the diagram of the body for the location of the points. They can also be used on any spot that hurts, except for an open wound.

Usage Guide

1. There is no limit to the number of points that magnets can be applied to at one time, other than personal convenience.

2. To start, follow an application regime for Bio-Magnetic Dots Magnets of, say 24 hours on, then 24 hours off, or 48 hours on, 48 hours off. If relief is noticed quicker, they can be removed. Replace again, whenever needed. Be guided by your body.

3. I have found that what works best for me is: take a regular bandaid, cut off the tape ends just before the pad, round the corners a little, put the dot in the middle of the tape, and put it on the spot that hurts. Before removing the magnet from the bandaid that it comes on, place a small dot on the magnet with a pen or Sharpie. This is the side of the magnet that you want next to your skin.

4. Certain positions are not recommended for pregnant women. If in doubt, please check with your doctor first.

You can increase gauss strength and penetration even more by stacking multiple bio-magnets on top of each other, with the opposite poles attracting.
